💷 Salary: £41,487 - £44,700 per annum

📍 Location: Various locations across West Yorkshire

📄 Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Are you an experienced building services professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact across a diverse and complex estate?

We're seeking a Clerk of Works (Mechanical & Electrical) to provide expert technical assurance, oversee contractors, carry out inspections and support the delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across around 100 operational and specialist buildings. Working closely with project managers, engineers and contractors, you'll help ensure our estate remains safe, compliant and fit for purpose, directly supporting frontline policing services. If you have strong M&E knowledge, excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards, we'd love to hear from you.
