Dear Resident,
On 12 July, officers from Bradford East Neighbourhood Policing Team 1 attended BMX Bandits during the 2026 North Regional Race Series, engaging with riders, families and spectators as part of a bike marking event.
Officers spoke to members of the public about the benefits of bike marking, how it can help deter theft and assist in recovering stolen bikes. They also provided crime prevention advice and shared practical tips on keeping bicycles safe and secure.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to speak with us. It was great to support such a fantastic local event and help promote bike security within our community.
