Operation Highcrest Activity in Elland Ward Officers from the T2 Neighbourhood Policing Team, supported by colleagues from Operation Orion, have recently been carrying out a series of enforcement activities within the Elland Ward as part of Operation Highcrest, which focuses on addressing drug dealing and anti-social behaviour in the area. On Tuesday 12 May, officers executed three warrants in Elland, resulting in: Further activity has taken place today, with officers executing an additional two warrants within the ward. As a result of today’s activity: Enquiries remain ongoing. We understand the impact that drug-related activity and anti-social behaviour can have on local residents, and we want to reassure the community that we are continuing to take action to address these concerns and make Elland a safer place to live and work. We would like to thank those members of the public who have already provided information to assist our enquiries.
