House Burglary - Claremont Grove, Shipley BD18

Dear Resident

You are receiving this message as you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on Claremont Grove, Shipley. At 3pm on 26/03/2026 the suspect walks up victims drive to the rear of property and takes a brick from the garden. He uses this to smash a pane of double glazing in the rear patio door. The suspect is disturbed by occupant who was in the address, the suspect made off on foot prior to police arrival. Further enquiries resulted in the arrest of a 49 year old male for the burglary. 

Crime occurrence 13260173734 refers.
