Vehicle checks were carried out on Manchester Road, Milnsbridge on Monday the 20th of June. Joint partnership working with the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), Taxi Licensing and NPT.

4 Fixed penalty notices issued

11 Vehicles issued with prohibition notices by Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency

There were 3 vehicles with defective (bald) tyres

1 vehicle with a steering fault

1 vehicle with a suspension fault

HGV with underinflated tyres and defective tachograph

Taxi Licensing stopped a number of private hire and hackney vehicles – all were in order.
