Police Community Support Officers Dargan and Powell from the Crossgates and Whinmoor Neighbourhood Policing Team, will be holding a free Bike register and engagement event at Crossgates Shopping Centre on Monday 21st July 2025.

PCSO’s will be present in the shopping centre close to Poundland, registering and marking bikes, free of charge from 10am – 2pm.

Cycle marking and registration is a proven deterrent against theft and in the unfortunate event of a theft it can drastically increase the chances of recovery.

The Crossgates and Whinmoor Neighbourhood Policing Team look forward to meeting and speaking with communities and businesses, offering support, advice, and crime prevention information.
