Hello Resident,

We have recently seen a spike in Theft from Persons around Brighouse Town centre. Our Neighbourhood Officers have been on proactive patrols between 10am till 3pm today throughout Brighouse Town centre. Officers have been speaking to shop staff, gathering intelligence, visiting supermarkets and bus station. 

West Yorkshire Police aims to raise awareness of a recent rise in such thefts among shoppers, by encouraging people to take simple steps to avoid becoming a victim.
