Speed checks were carried out on 2nd February 2025  at two locations in Todmorden.

Speed checks were carried out at the junction of Rochdale Road and Dean Royd Road, Walsden in the 30mph limit, between 09.25hrs and 10.00hrs.

All vehicles checked were driving at the speed limit or below.

Speed checks were also carried out on Burnley Road outside the Police Station, in the 20mph limit, between 14.15hrs and 15.00hrs.

2 tickets were issued and 3 people were given words of advice regarding their speed.
