Thank you to those that called in to Brighouse Police Station today to meet me and have a chat regarding local issues that they wanted to discuss with someone from their Neighbourhood Police Team. 

I spared no expense and provided, not just any biscuits, but those that shall not be named of delicious oaty chocolatey flavour that police stations around the country favour so much. A choice of tea or coffee was also on offer

Some locals had no concerns, but just wanted an opportunity and  time to meet us personally and see that though Brighouse Police Station does not have a public help desk, we will arrange opportunities like today for people to pop in and feel welcome.

I will send another alert at the next ‘ Cupper with a Neighbourhood Police Officer’ and I hope to see you then. 

In the meantime, we have a couple of Weeks of Action coming up and you will be made aware of our contact points in and around Brighouse, please come and say hello!
