On Friday 17th January 2025, officers conducted road safety patrols outside of Whitkirk Primary school following further concerns and complaints regarding the dangerous parking outside of the school.

Officers helped to enforce the no parking areas, making it safer for the children, parents, and residents after school.

It is not often that Templegate Green is clear, despite the no stopping and parking restrictions in place but it was once some motorists were educated and asked to move on and some motorists were dealt with for driving offences.

Temple Newsam and Halton NPT will continue to pay attention across school sites, to address parking issues. Please park responsibly, safely, and legally, failure to do so may result in enforcement action being taken.
