Dear Resident

Sometime on 29th December unknown suspect(s) broke into a property on Dane Hill Drive, BD4 via the front door by unknown means. They turned off the water and electricity and cut copper piping from the water tank. They also damaged laminate flooring in the hallway by lifting it up. They were disturbed by a neighbour and made off through a window with the copper piping and four chocolate selection boxes.
